Order Cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, cancellations will no longer be possible.
Refunds
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Simply notify us, and we will provide a return address along with either a replacement or a refund, as preferred.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact our support team, and we will do our best to assist you. However, customers will be responsible for covering return shipping costs.
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing an incorrect shipping address).
